Impact is the name associated with Sopht and the 234 new structures present in the 3rd edition of the “mapping of impact startups” published by France Digitale and Bpifrance Le Hub.
Since 2021, a unique analysis of the ecosystem of impact startups has been carried out by France Digitale and Bpifrance and for this 3rd edition, it is an increase of 28% or 1,074 impact startups that Sopht is proud to be part of in the category of pollution control.
The fight against climate change, access to health care, gender equality, responsible production and consumption, use of renewable energy, access to decent work, the fight against poverty… Startups in France are multiplying to provide innovative solutions and technologies for each of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
What are the objectives of the impact startup mapping?
Spear head of the “Tech for Good” movement, impact startups have a social and/or environmental cause at the heart of their model. As we know, this is a growing and long-term struggle. Mapping plays an essential role in the development of these new solutions by providing a clear vision of the ecosystem.
